Ebba von Wachenfeldt is a Swedish glass artist based at her own Skeppsta glass studio in Sörmland, which she founded in 1995.

She trained at the Orrefors Glass School (1983–84) and later at the Penland School of Arts and Crafts in North Carolina, USA (1987). Her early career included experience at glass studios across England, the United States, Japan, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, shaping a practice rooted in both Scandinavian tradition and international craft dialogue.

Von Wachenfeldt’s work is represented in major museum collections including Ebeltoft Glasmuseum and Bornholms Kunstmuseum (Denmark), the Museum of American Glass (USA), the Museum of Design and Applied Art (Iceland), and Smålands Museum in Växjö, Sweden.

Alongside her studio practice, she has undertaken significant public commissions, including an altar cross for Oscar’s Little Church in Stockholm, a Last Supper ensemble for Fröstuna Parish in Gnesta, and reliefs for hospitals in Örebro and Eskilstuna.

She has exhibited widely in both solo and group exhibitions internationally, with presentations in the Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Belgium, England and across Sweden, reflecting a career of sustained international recognition within contemporary glass art.
